Work

The work.
All of it shipped.

A representative set of engagements. Names lightly anonymized where clients prefer it; metrics are from the actual delivery. The pattern holds across all of them.

We used the model to build the proof of the model.

This site — architecture, implementation, copy, and deployment — built entirely by the agenticdevteam.ai team. Niko shipped the components, Mira wrote the spec, Nova ran QA.

Problem

A solo developer building a portfolio site is a slow and context-switching-heavy process. Design decisions, implementation, and QA all compete for the same attention. The agentic model was supposed to solve that — so we ran it.

Approach

Role separation across agents. Mira wrote the component stories before Niko touched the code. Nova handled design tokens and layout. Lenny reviewed, redirected, and stayed out of the implementation until review time. The pattern worked.

A full storefront platform built in weekends.

Product-grade storefront for a Colorado maker brand — filterable catalog, cart experience, and structured review system. Built from scratch using the agentic dev team, replacing an Etsy-dependent setup with a platform the brand actually owns.

Problem

Solterra Workshop was running on Etsy with no owned storefront. The brand needed a real product platform — catalog with filtering, cart experience, and craft-forward presentation — without the overhead of a full dev team or the constraints of a template.

Approach

Niko built the catalog architecture and cart flows against Mira's stories. Nova shaped the responsive layout to match the craft-forward brand tone. Lenny reviewed architecture and kept the scope tight. Stripe checkout and Firebase backend are scoped for the next phase.
